The La Quinta by Wyndham is a great mid-range hotel with free breakfast, a gym, spa, and outdoor pool and hot tub.
It’s located in the middle of town, within walking distance to restaurants, and across the street from Walmart. There’s not much to do in town, but it’s within a 10 minute drive from Horseshoe Bend, the Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, and the natural attractions.
They allow service animals free of charge, and pets (dogs and cats) for $25/up to 2 nights, with a weight limit of 75 lbs or less per pet.
Hampton Inn & Suites Page – Lake Powell

The Hampton Inn & Suites Page is another great budget-friendly hotel in downtown Page with free breakfast, a gym, and an indoor pool.

The Super 8 by Wyndham Page is a budget-friendly hotel in the heart of downtown. I stayed here on my day trip, and the suite was clean, comfortable, and came with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
The hotel also has an outdoor pool, gym, free breakfast, and very friendly staff. It’s within walking distance to restaurants, right across the street from Walmart, and within a 10 minute drive from all of the natural attractions.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, this is a good option that has everything you need. They allow service dogs, and dogs only for $25 per dog/night, and 2 dogs max per stay.
Home2 Suites By Hilton Page Lake Powell

The Home2 Suites By Hilton Page Lake Powell is a nice mid-range hotel, right next to the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook, restaurants, and grocery stores in town.

Can you bring your dog hiking in Page?
Yes, you can bring your dog hiking on all of the trails in Page (except Antelope Canyon) as long as they’re leashed. Keep in mind that there’s no shade along many of the trails, so it’s best to hike in the early morning or evening.
A good dog-friendly hike in Page is The Chains trail, a 0.4 mile round trip trail that leads down to the edge of Lake Powell. This is the perfect hike to cool off on a summer day, and there’s restrooms and trash bins on site.

Is Antelope Canyon dog-friendly?
No, neither Lower or Upper Antelope Canyon allow dogs (including service animals) on guided hiking tours.
They don’t allow dogs on the land of Antelope Canyon belonging to the Navajo Nation, in an effort to preserve the canyon.
If you need someone to care for your pet while on an Antelope Canyon tour, Page Pampered Pets also offers pet boarding at a rate of $15+/hr.
Ken’s Lower Antelope Canyon tours also has pet kennels available for rent on a first come basis, where you can leave your pet during the tour.
The only way to visit Antelope Canyon with your dog is to kayak or paddle board to the area of Antelope Canyon that’s outside of Navajo land, and part of the Glen Canyon National Area.
Is Horseshoe Bend dog-friendly?
Yes, Horseshoe Bend allows dogs on the hike as long as they’re leashed.
There’s restrooms, trash cans, but no shade along the trail so it’s best to hike early in the morning or evening.
What should you pack for a day trip to Page?
For a day trip to Page, you should pack light clothing, a sun hat, sunscreen, and lots of water, as it often reaches temperatures over 100 °F during the summer months.
I recommend bringing a cooler stocked with drinks and ice as well so you don’t have to worry about making multiple stops throughout the day.
